Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the finance function in a group consisting of a parent company and four sister companies. You will have a broad and important role where you ensure that the company's financial work runs smoothly, correctly, and on time. Here you work with ongoing accounting while also being responsible for financial statements, annual reports, tax filings, payroll, and reporting.
You will be part of the management team and report to the CEO. You have many contact points with both colleagues and management as well as with customers, auditors, suppliers, and authorities.
About You
We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in independent financial work with similar tasks and who feels confident in a role where you can take on significant responsibility. You have previously worked with financial statements, annual reports, and group accounting. It is a plus if you have understanding of collective agreements. You have good digital skills and are an experienced user of various accounting systems. You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are thorough, structured, and self-motivated. You plan your time well and find it easy to prioritize even when juggling multiple tasks. At the same time, you are unpretentious, social, and enjoy collaborating with others. You have a positive attitude, are confident in your competence, and are happy to contribute to developing procedures and methods.

You will be based at our office in Norrköping.
