About the role
As finance manager with us, you will have a central role in the company and be responsible for driving, monitoring and developing the finance work. The role is broad and combines ongoing accounting, payroll management, administration and tasks related to our car operations. You work closely with management and colleagues and contribute with structure, control and business understanding in daily work.
Your main responsibilities
· Manage ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial monitoring.
· Work with accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing and payments.
· Handle payroll and personnel-related administration.
· Prepare monthly accounts, annual accounts and reporting.
· Manage administration related to vehicles, such as vehicle documentation, purchases, sales and other administrative processes.
· Maintain contact with auditors, authorities, banks, suppliers and other external parties.
· Develop and improve routines, working methods and internal processes.
· Support management and operations with financial and administrative matters.
We are looking for you who
· Have experience in finance, accounting and payroll management.
· Are confident in ongoing accounting work, bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts and reporting.
· Have good administrative skills and enjoy varied work days.
· Are used to working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks.
· Have good experience with accounting systems, payroll systems and Office suite.
· Communicate well in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
· Experience from the automotive industry or similar business is a merit but not a requirement.
