Our customers are the city's administrations and companies. The operation consists of approximately 85 employees working in accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting, and fee administration. We have a strong focus on our customers and we work process-oriented to manage our large volumes and flows every day. Do you have experience in finance work and are driven by development work and providing quality service to customers? Now we're looking for consultative economic administrators for the accounts payable unit. These are two temporary positions where one extends until May 31, 2027, and the other, a parental leave coverage position, extends until October 31, 2027. We would like you to start in September. Read more about Stockholm City as an employer: Working in Stockholm City Your Role As an economic administrator, you work process-oriented within the accounts payable process. We work with large flows because we handle the entire city's invoices. We make sure to address the problems that prevent invoices from moving forward in the approval flow or going to payment. As an economic administrator with us, you also handle other financial and administrative tasks. Your day involves a lot of work in the financial system Agresso/Unit4 ERP, helping customers with matters in our case management system Artvise, and in our invoice support. Since we work with different operations throughout the city, it's important that you're comfortable with having many customer contacts. You provide good and quality service in writing and by phone and have a consultative approach in your role as an expert. You are part of the operation's development and you contribute to improvement work through active participation, where you share your knowledge and ideas. Your Competence and Experience To succeed and thrive in the role, we're looking for you who have post-secondary education with a focus on finance or work experience that we consider equivalent current experience in ongoing finance work with accounts receivable and/or bookkeeping experience providing good customer service good knowledge of the Office package and preferably in Excel good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have worked in Agresso/Unit4 ERP worked in a case management system interest and knowledge in digital technology experience with similar tasks in larger organizations To succeed in the role, you have the ability to independently drive your work forward with the customer in focus. Your holistic view makes it easy for you to efficiently prioritize in your work and contribute to the unit delivering according to agreement. We're looking for you who have high service awareness, a flexible and solution-oriented approach. Since we have many contact points, it's important that you're easy to collaborate with and can provide support in a pedagogical way. Finally, we see that you're proactive and want to contribute to the operation's development by contributing engagement, knowledge, and suggestions for new solutions.
