We are now seeking a Finance Administrator for a long-term assignment with a major organization in Karlskrona. In this role, you will primarily work with management and bookkeeping of supplier invoices. You identify and resolve problems in the invoice flow, handle discrepancies, and escalate matters when needed. You are also expected to contribute with ideas and improvement suggestions that can make work methods and processes more efficient. - The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations in effect at any time. For positions with security clearance requirements, this may, where applicable, entail requirements for certain citizenship. Your main responsibilities: - Management, review, and bookkeeping of supplier invoices - Investigation and handling of discrepancies - Problem-solving related to invoices and financial flows - Escalation of issues to the appropriate function - Suggestions for improvements and more efficient work methods - Collaboration with internal contacts and other parts of the organization We are looking for someone who has: - At least two years of post-secondary education in finance - At least one year of relevant work experience in finance - Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Good system skills It is advantageous if you have worked in Unit4/Agresso and have experience with accounts payable. As a person, you are driven, curious, and take responsibility. You have a natural ability to collaborate and communicate with others, while independently taking responsibility for advancing your tasks.
