As part of our continued growth journey, we are now seeking an Economics and Process Developer who wants to be part of developing the finance function of the future with us. Implementation of our new business system has been completed, and the focus is now on further developing processes and working methods. Responsibilities We offer you a broad and developmental role where, in close collaboration with the group's finance manager, you contribute to developing the strategic and operational work of the finance department based on business operations and finance department workflows. With your accounting expertise as a foundation, you identify improvement opportunities and drive the development of processes, system support, and procedures to create increased quality, efficiency, and business value. The responsibilities include, among others: Responsibility for monitoring ongoing accounting together with the other accounting team members Analysis and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in close collaboration with the Finance Manager Preparation of annual reports for the group and legal entities Income and VAT declarations Support and act as a sounding board for other work groups in the department based on your expertise in accounting, taxation, and system understanding. Contact with authorities and external parties such as the Swedish Tax Agency, Swedish Companies Registration Office, etc. The role offers great variety, where accounting, analysis, business understanding, and development work go hand in hand. You will also be an important resource in connection with future projects, such as integration, business flows, and potential acquisitions, where the finance department plays a central role in creating efficient and sustainable structures. Profile We are looking for someone with an academic degree in economics combined with several years of experience in qualified accounting work. You have a solid foundation in accounting and financial statements but are also driven by developing processes, working methods, and system support. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Solid knowledge of accounting according to K3 as well as experience with financial statements, annual reports, VAT, and tax matters Experience with financial analysis, monitoring, and reporting Interest in digitalization and experience in developing processes, working methods, and business systems Very good Excel skills and good understanding of business systems; previous experience with M3 is a merit.
