We are now looking for a dedicated finance and payroll administrator who wants to help shape a new administrative structure and contribute to Unga Klara's continued development. About the position As a finance and payroll administrator, you will have a central and independent role. Since this is a new position within the organization, you will have great opportunities to influence work methods and processes. You are responsible for ensuring that daily finance and payroll management runs smoothly, while also serving as important support to the CEO, management, and project leaders. The role requires you to thrive working both operatively and strategically in a changing environment. Your main responsibilities Payroll management: Independent responsibility for the entire payroll process in Fortnox Lön, including holiday pay, benefits, and reporting. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Management of customer and supplier accounts, ongoing bookkeeping, and bank payments. Financial statements & Audit: Preparation of supporting documentation for monthly and annual financial statements and active collaboration with auditors. Consultative support: Support for budget-responsible managers and project leaders on financial matters and documentation. Administration: Responsibility for invoicing, orders, purchasing, and general administration related to personnel, projects, and productions. For you to succeed in the role, we see that you have: Education: Relevant post-secondary education in finance, accounting, and payroll. Experience: Solid experience in finance work, preferably from small to medium-sized companies where you have handled the entire workflow. System competence: Excellent knowledge of Fortnox (finance and payroll) and Excel. Characteristics: You are analytical, structured, and thorough with an eye for both details and the bigger picture. As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy working close to the operations. Interest in culture and theater's unique processes is highly meriting.
