The Role
As Chief Financial Officer, you have a central role in Bjäre Kraft's continued development and form an important part of the work to achieve Bjäre Kraft's goals with a focus on long-term profitable growth, clearer member benefits, and sustainable development.
In addition to responsibility for the finance department, you work closely with the CEO, participate in the boardroom, and actively participate in a small, tight management group. The position is permanent and full-time. You are responsible for leading, developing, and quality-assuring the finance function as well as actively developing business-focused support for the group's various operations.
Your Assignment
As Chief Financial Officer, you are responsible for, among other things:
leading and developing finance, accounting, and reporting processes,
ensuring good financial management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance,
preparing budgets, forecasts, analyses, and decision-making documents,
contributing to business planning, investment assessments, and long-term financial planning,
developing digital working methods, automation, system support, and data-driven monitoring,
supporting the CEO, management team, and managers with financial analyses and business-focused decision support,
contributing to group management and monitoring of subsidiaries,

We are looking for you who have
academic education in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent experience,
several years of experience in qualified finance work, preferably in a leadership role,
a good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, analysis, accounting, and reporting,
experience in business management, internal controls, and decision support,
high digital capability and interest in developing systems, data, processes, and automation,
good communication skills and experience presenting financial information in an understandable way,
the ability to lead, develop, and collaborate across organizational boundaries,
fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience from group structures, regulated operations, the energy sector, infrastructure, economic associations, or other membership-based/mission-driven organizations is meriting, but not required.
