Responsibilities In this role, you will primarily work with accounting-related tasks such as VAT reporting, ongoing reconciliations, statistical reporting, and analysis and support for monthly and annual financial statements. You will also administer and develop workflows in the accounting system as well as work on improvement initiatives related to processes and system support. In addition to your accounting-related responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute administrative support within HR and procurement. This creates a varied role where you gain insight into multiple parts of the business and the opportunity to work broadly across different functions. Profile For this role, we are looking for someone who has post-secondary accounting education as a foundation (or equivalent work experience) combined with at least two years of professional experience in the accounting field. You have a good understanding of accounting work and feel confident in the VAT area. Furthermore, you have good system knowledge and an interest in working with administrative processes and improvement work. To succeed in this role, we see that you master Swedish and English in speech and writing, as well as having good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel. We place great importance on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is organized, thorough and analytical. You are flexible, have good collaboration skills and thrive in a role with many contact points. We also believe that you are curious and take initiative and that you enjoy contributing ideas on how working methods and processes can be developed and made more efficient.
