Our customers are the city's administrations and companies. The operation consists of approximately 85 employees working with economic services within the processes of accounts payable and receivable, cash/bank, accounting, project and fixed asset accounting, and system administration. (https://jobba.stockholm/formaner/) Your role The Economic Service unit consists of 23 engaged employees within accounting, projects/fixed assets, and cash/bank. As an economist with a focus on fixed asset and investment accounting, you'll become part of the Project, Fixed Asset and System Administration (PAS) team. In the PAS team, you'll have a specialist role with varied tasks, close collaboration with colleagues, and the opportunity to contribute to the operation's goals of efficient management and high quality. We work primarily in our accounting system Agresso (Unit4) but also in the case management system Artvise Customer Service. Your main work is within fixed asset and investment accounting as well as short-term inventory, but the role is varied and also includes time & projects, authorization administration, system administration, and other accounting-related tasks. The role suits you if you appreciate combining specialist knowledge with breadth and if you enjoy both diving into details while seeing the bigger picture in our mission. We actively work with improvements and development where you as an employee play an important role, both within the operation but also with our client and our customers. Your main workplace is in our premises at Palmfelt Center (T-Globen) and remote work possibilities exist. Depending on the assignment, you may also work on-site at one of our customers. Your competence and experience Requirements: Higher education in economics/accounting or other experience that the employer deems relevant, Good knowledge of fixed asset accounting, Experience working with the Office package, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, High service orientation, solutions-focused, and customer-oriented. Merits: Experience working with the Agresso accounting system, Strong interest in systems, Experience conducting training and presentations. The Service Administration is one of the city's specialized administrations and has the task of handling the administrative functions that are coordinated in the city. This mainly involves payroll administration, economic administration, city-wide procurement issues, contact center operations, and internal consultants that provide support within digitalization, IT & telephony, recruitment, and property and facilities management.
