Make a difference with us As a management economist, you work closely with your customers in housing cooperatives and joint-ownership properties. The role may include assignments as board members in Riksbyggen's housing cooperative boards, which means some of your working time will be scheduled for evenings. This is compensated by otherwise flexible working hours. Your work tasks include: Financial management of housing cooperatives Ongoing bookkeeping, financial statements, annual reports, budgets, and advisory services Administration Responsibility for ensuring deliverables are provided according to agreements and executed in compliance with good accounting practices Day-to-day financial management is handled by Riksbyggen's accounting center, with whom you will have almost daily contact. You serve as support and a sounding board to the customer manager in their advisory role with customers. You contribute your expertise and commitment We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree from a university or college in economics. It is also important that you have administrative ability and meticulousness and are focused on completing assignments and tasks within deadlines. You need to be highly service-oriented and able to communicate clearly via phone and email. You need to thrive working both independently and in teams, and be a good team player who contributes to good team cohesion. You are open to change and have the ability to see development and digitalization as a natural part of your work, as the Supplier Group is currently undergoing many changes with a focus on digitalization and efficiency as part of daily operations. You also need a strong ability to review information and understand financial flows. You should be able to act professionally and commercially, create trustful dialogue, and see and meet customer needs both in the short and long term. A requirement for this position is that you can communicate fluently in Swedish and have a B driver's license.
