The school is located in Ödsmål, just outside Stenungsund. Our proximity to nature is utilized in teaching both during school hours and leisure time. From year 4 onwards, all students have their own digital device. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES Teacher in After-School Program: As a teacher in the after-school program, you have a dual role. During school hours, you work together with other colleagues in your team and serve as a resource for students during their school day. After school, you are responsible for after-school program activities together with your after-school colleagues. You plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate your and your team's teaching systematically and participate in the school's overall development work. You vary your teaching in the after-school program and base your approach on students' needs and circumstances to create a safe and stimulating learning environment. Your work is based on our governing documents and local frameworks and routines. You are expected to participate and actively contribute to the school's development work and take an active role as a colleague. You stay informed through the digital platforms used at the workplace. You maintain ongoing communication with guardians and collaborate with the student in focus. Pedagogue in After-School Program: As a pedagogue in the after-school program, you conduct teaching based on planning that you have actively participated in developing, in accordance with our governing documents. You contribute to systematic quality work in the after-school program. You participate in your team based on your role as a pedagogue in the after-school program. You are active in informing and maintaining dialogue with students' guardians. Supervision of students in work-based learning may be included. You vary your teaching and adapt to the group so that all students learn and develop based on their needs and circumstances. Working as a pedagogue in the after-school program is about continuously developing yourself and the activities based on the students we meet. QUALIFICATIONS Teacher in After-School Program: As a teacher in the after-school program, you are a strong pedagogical leader and are passionate about developing after-school program instruction. If you have not yet obtained your certification, you are of course also welcome to apply. You are a present pedagogue with clarity in communication, goals, and results. You have qualities that encompass both structure and creativity. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. It is important that you are confident in your professional role and that you are clear with students, parents, and colleagues. Pedagogue in After-School Program: As a pedagogue in the after-school program, you have a pedagogical education at the post-secondary level or equivalent, as assessed by the employer as equivalent. For example, you may have training as a childcare worker, student assistant, leisure activities leader, or other pedagogical education, such as health pedagogue, social pedagogue, or similar. You are a present pedagogue with clarity in communication, goals, and results. You have qualities that encompass both structure and creativity. You actively participate in systematic quality work and take responsibility for your active role as a colleague at the workplace. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
