We expect: secondary-level professional education or basic education; professional experience in a relevant field of more than one year; basic knowledge and practical skills in plumbing, electrical work, and interior finishing; knowledge of the state language (at least level A, stage 2); Category B driving license; eID card for performing job duties. Job Responsibilities: be familiar with emergency shut-off locations of engineering systems and perform shut-offs in emergency situations; control access to and exit from the real property and objects within it; provide support to employees of other structural units; operate vehicles; conduct monthly water consumption records by reading meter readings from each installed meter.
