State Social Care Centre "Latgale" branch "Kalkūni" is urgently inviting to its team
CAFETERIA MANAGER – for a fixed term (for the duration of another employee's absence) with the possibility of transitioning to an indefinite term in the future.
Main Responsibilities:
Organization and control of cafeteria operations.
Preparation of reports and menu technology cards.
Develop self-inspection (HACCP) documentation and maintain its updates.
Plan menu assortment.
Develop technical specifications for food products.
Requirements for Candidates:
First-level higher education in the food service sector.
Desired professional experience in the position of at least 3 years.
Latvian language proficiency at C1 level.
Work with computerized accounting systems. Experience with HORIZON and LIETVARIS accounting systems will be considered an advantage.
Active secure electronic signature and ability to use it in daily document management.
We Offer:
Social benefits; after 3 (three) months of service – health insurance.
Salary (gross) starting from 1050 EUR to 1591 EUR (according to the established monthly salary scale).
Bonuses, in accordance with internal regulations.
