Ecochange is the leading supplier of benefit bicycles in Sweden. We collaborate with Swedish and international quality brands such as Crescent, Sjösala, Monark, Cargobike, and Bianchi. Our focus as a supplier always centers on quality, service, sustainability, security, and satisfied customers. We are now seeking a bicycle mechanic with primary responsibility for ensuring that our returned bicycles are in perfect condition before they go back to the market.
About the Role
As a bicycle mechanic with us, you will be a key person in our operations. You will be responsible for the daily running of our workshop and work independently to receive, troubleshoot, repair, and service both regular bicycles and e-bikes. The workshop and warehouse are located directly adjacent to our head office in Norrköping, which means you are a natural part of the team and our social community. At the same time, you have great freedom to plan and manage your own work.
Your responsibilities will include:
Service, repair, and complete bicycles.
Receive and hand over bicycles.
Photograph and document bicycles and record discrepancies in our business system.
Create order and structure in the warehouse (approximately 300 sq m) to facilitate your work.
Ensure that the right spare parts and materials are in place.
Participate in events and product demonstrations as needed.
During quieter periods, there are good opportunities to develop routines and working methods. If you want to develop in the role, we see that you could eventually take on greater responsibility for contact with our service partners around the country, as well as greater administrative and financial responsibility for your warehouse and workshop.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is a "fixer" with a genuine interest in bicycles and technology. You don't need to know everything from the start – we will ensure you receive proper training, especially in e-bikes.
We believe you:
Have experience working with bicycles, preferably both regular bicycles and e-bikes.
Are practical, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious.
Have good computer skills and feel comfortable documenting and working in various systems.
Are organized and enjoy creating order and structure.
Are self-driven and appreciate freedom within responsibility.
Preferably have a driver's license (category B).

Our peak season is between March and October, when the pace is higher. During the rest of the year, there is more room for development work within the workshop, warehouse, and service.
