e-Component is in an expansive phase and we now need to strengthen our team with an additional production technician within CNC. In this role, you will work closely with production and contribute to both efficiency and quality. As a production technician, you will help develop the department, with a focus on process optimization, technical support, and continuous improvements to ensure efficient production and a safe work environment.
About the Position
To succeed as a production technician, you need the ability to create structure, engagement, and good collaboration in a growing operation. You thrive on taking responsibility, analyzing problems, and driving improvements together with production managers, your team, and colleagues. Your focus is on ensuring efficient and well-functioning production while contributing to a positive work environment and development. You are also ready to cover for colleagues and assist with other tasks that may arise. Your main responsibilities include:
Optimize manufacturing processes and develop instructions, fixtures, and tools.
Develop and improve methods for increased efficiency and quality in production.
Provide technical support to operators and analyze and address deviations.
Contribute to maintenance and operational reliability of machines and equipment.
Plan and conduct training as well as mentor new employees.
We Are Looking for You
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in production engineering, preferably with a background in CNC. You have good knowledge of tools, manufacturing methods, and blueprint reading. As a person, you are detail-oriented, problem-solving, and have an easy time collaborating with others. You are resourceful, pedagogical, and enjoy working in a team. You are motivated by developing both processes and people, and have a natural focus on improvement and results.
