E-commerce Operations Coordinator – Premium Hair Products & Afro Hair Specialist About Freedom Styles AB Freedom Styles AB is a Swedish e-commerce company specializing in premium human hair wigs, hair extensions, and hair care products with a particular focus on customers with Afro-textured hair. Since the company was founded in 2020, operations have grown continuously and today we sell products to customers both in Sweden and internationally. To meet growing demand, we are now seeking a dedicated E-commerce Operations Coordinator who will also manufacture wigs. Job Responsibilities You will have a central role in the company's day-to-day operations and work with the entire flow from supplier to customer. Responsibilities include: Handling and administration of customer orders Order picking, packing, and shipping Inventory management and stock control Quality control of incoming products Publishing and updating products in Shopify Customer service via email, phone, and social media Communication with international suppliers Inventory planning and purchasing Administration related to the company's e-commerce operations Assisting with marketing and social media Qualifications Required Documented experience working with human hair wigs, lace wigs, or Afro hair products Strong knowledge of different wig constructions such as Lace Front, HD Lace, Closure, Frontal, and Glueless Wigs Experience providing advice to customers on Afro-textured hair, wigs, and hair care Experience in e-commerce, retail, or wholesale within the hair or beauty industry Strong computer skills Excellent English, both written and spoken Preferred Experience with Shopify Inventory management experience Experience with international supplier contacts Experience with social media and digital marketing Customer service experience in e-commerce Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is: Responsible Self-motivated Organized Detail-oriented Service-minded Flexible Solution-focused What We Offer Full-time employment Competitive salary Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Varied work tasksE-commerce Operations Coordinator – Premium Hair Products & Afro Hair Specialist About Freedom Styles AB Freedom Styles AB is a Swedish e-commerce company specializing in premium human hair wigs, hair extensions, and hair care products with a particular focus on customers with Afro-textured hair.
