Take Reformfurniture to Sweden – and the world. Reformfurniture is looking for a driven, creative, and highly experienced E-commerce & Digital Manager who wants to take full responsibility for our digital development. We are a growing company in vintage, design, and Scandinavian furniture, with a physical store and workshop in Lund. Now we want to take the next big step and build Reformfurniture into a strong digital player – both nationally and internationally. This is not a role where you simply manage an existing web shop. We are looking for someone who wants to build, develop, structure, and drive our digital business forward. About the role You will have overall responsibility for our e-commerce and digital presence. The role is both strategic and operational, which means you need to be comfortable thinking long-term and also rolling up your sleeves to produce content. You will work with, among other things: ● Development and ongoing optimization of our web shop ● Strategy for increased digital sales in Sweden and internationally ● Product photography and image editing ● Product descriptions and storytelling around furniture, designers, and design history ● Publishing and structuring of products online ● SEO and work to increase organic visibility ● Digital marketing and campaigns ● Social media and content production ● Newsletters and customer communication ● Analysis of traffic, sales, and customer behavior ● Development of the customer journey from inspiration to purchase ● International e-commerce and development of new markets ● Creating efficient workflows and processes around our entire digital sales Who are we looking for? We are looking primarily for experience, knowledge, and drive. You have previously worked successfully with e-commerce and understand what it takes to build a digital business that actually generates sales. You need to be able to work independently and be comfortable taking significant responsibility. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence a lot – but we also expect you to come in with ideas, solutions, and knowledge from day one. We believe you have: ● Several years of documented e-commerce experience ● Very good understanding of web, conversion, and digital sales ● Experience with CMS/e-commerce platforms, preferably WooCommerce ● Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing ● A good eye for photography, images, graphic design, and visual content ● Experience with image editing ● Very strong ability to write persuasive and inspiring copy ● Good Swedish and English in speech and writing ● Understanding of how to build a strong brand digitally ● Ability to combine creativity with structure, analysis, and business thinking If you also have a strong interest in vintage, interior design, furniture design, architecture, or Scandinavian design, you will likely fit very well with us. We are not looking for just an administrator This is important to us. We are looking for a person who can see the potential in Reformfurniture and help develop it. You should be able to look at our digital operations and think: How do we do this better? How do we sell more? How do we reach more people? And how do we build a brand that also works internationally? You will have a great mandate to influence how Reformfurniture develops digitally.
