About the Position We are now seeking an e-records specialist for a government agency in Stockholm! The role involves participating in ongoing e-records management work, ensuring good data quality prior to archiving, and developing and updating relevant documentation. You will also contribute to developing procedures, work methods, and searchability in the e-archive, while ensuring that archiving complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines. The position includes the following work tasks: - Operatively participate in the implementation of ongoing archiving work to the e-archive - Participate in working systematically with data quality in the source system prior to archiving, for example by identifying and addressing deficiencies, and contribute to ensuring that information can be delivered according to requirements, such as regarding file formats. - Develop new and supplement existing documentation related to ongoing e-records management - Develop, establish, and implement work methods and procedures, including process and method descriptions that can be reused for future deliveries - Contribute to developing and establishing access and search functionality for archived information from both a technical and operational perspective - Contribute to establishing conditions for long-term management of the e-archive - Provide expertise that ensures archiving meets applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines for information management in government operations. Assignment Period and Scope: The e-records specialist position is a part-time consulting assignment at 50%, starting immediately and expected to run for 6 months. There is a possibility for potential extension. Remote work is available to some extent. Requirements for the Position: • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams • Excellent ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing • Completed education in archival science with at least 60 credits (högskolepoäng) according to the new credit system (two terms of full-time studies) • At least three (3) years of professional experience working in the public sector as an archivist, with at least one (1) year of this time having worked practically with e-archives. The public sector includes government agencies, municipalities and regions, as well as state-owned companies. • Professional experience developing governing documents, procedures, and process descriptions within archiving and information management • Knowledge of the Archives Act, the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, and the National Archives' regulations (RA-FS/RA-MS) for archival activities within government operations • Experience working with FGS (Administrative Common Specifications) or equivalent metadata/delivery specifications. Time period should be stated in year and month YY-MM. Meritorious for the Position: - Experience working with e-archives in the LTA (Longterm Archive) system. About You We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and who can plan, prioritize, and drive your work forward on your own. You are proactive and take responsibility for ensuring that tasks are completed. At the same time, you work well with both operations and IT, and contribute to a structured and efficient work method to ensure that the different parts and deliverables of the assignment are completed smoothly.
