Sofia Health Center provides professional care throughout life. With personal attention and continuity, we have been located in Södermalm since 2001. The clinic is doctor-led with approximately 7,700 registered patients, home care services, and a laboratory. We have a stable staff team with permanent physicians, psychologists, and nurses. About the Position As a district nurse with us, you will work with typical nursing tasks at the clinic, such as patient counseling, specimen collection, wound dressing, and medical assessment. Telephone counseling and home care services are included in the role. You will play an important role in our team and contribute to ensuring our patients receive a professional and safe care experience. This position offers a dynamic work environment with varied tasks. To thrive in this role, we see that you appreciate working independently with diverse responsibilities. We are Looking for You as: - A licensed nurse. - With further education as a district nurse. - Someone who enjoys working independently and in a team. - Good communication skills and professional demeanor. - Experience working in primary care or clinic settings is a merit.
