The 2nd Regional Security Center of the Security Directorate (reg. no. 90009227961) announces a job competition for a position of indefinite duration Security Service Specialist (5419 01) Main job responsibilities: - organize and perform maintenance, improvement and repair of the unit's security systems, monitor their continuous operation; - plan and deploy security systems at unit facilities; - perform maintenance and programming of the unit's security systems; - provide technical support work as part of the technical support group during emergency situations at the unit and its adjacent territory; - provide support in organized events outside the institution's premises in the area of physical security. Requirements for candidates: - compliance with the requirements of paragraph 9 of the Law "On State Secrets" (a special permit for access to state secrets must be obtained to perform this position); - short-cycle professional higher education in a relevant field (organizational security, telecommunications or information systems); - minimum 2 years of service (work) experience in positions related to security; - experience working with video surveillance and alarm systems; - experience working with specialized security system management software; - professional skills in working with MS Office programs; - ability to use office equipment, information and communication technologies; - high sense of responsibility, ability to work individually and in a team; - ability and motivation to enhance your knowledge and skills; - excellent knowledge of the Latvian language.
