Do you want to create growth and make a difference? Roll About imports and distributes quality products for pregnant women, mothers and children to retailers in the Nordic region. We are a small, entrepreneurial company with offices, showroom and retail store in central Stockholm. We are now looking for a sales and marketing-oriented person who wants to take active responsibility for increasing our sales, strengthening our brands and developing relationships with our retailers. About the Role This is a role for someone who likes to create results. You will work closely with our customers and be an important driving force behind both sales and marketing activities. Your mission is to increase the visibility of our brands, create more business opportunities and help our retailers sell more. You will work toward clear goals and KPIs where sales, customer development, campaign results and business growth are the focus. Your Main Responsibilities Sales and Customer Development Actively engage existing and new customers through warm and cold outreach Identify business opportunities and increase sales among our retailers Educate customers on our products and help them succeed better in their sales Follow up on activities and ensure that efforts lead to concrete results Marketing and Brand Development Plan and execute campaigns that drive sales Create content for web, newsletters and social media Work with advertising, SEO/SEM and digital visibility Analyze campaign results and translate insights into improved activities Develop sales materials and marketing support for our customers Projects and Events Drive marketing projects from idea to execution Plan trade shows, customer events and product launches Support showroom and retail store operations as needed We are Looking for You Have documented experience in B2B sales and customer development Thrive working toward established goals and KPIs Are business-driven, self-directed and results-oriented Have experience with digital marketing and social media Understand how marketing can be used to create sales Are used to analyzing results and making data-driven decisions Master Swedish fluently in speech and writing Have experience with AI tools, Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, GA4 and Microsoft 365 Have experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo What We Offer A key role in a growing company Opportunity to influence and see the results of your work Short path from idea to decision Great freedom with responsibility An engaged team with a relaxed atmosphere Central office in Stockholm Welcome!
