We often take full responsibility for projects from planning to handover, but we're equally comfortable bringing specialized expertise in quality, sustainability, or engineering support. Regardless of the assignment, we work closely with the customer and create solutions that work in everyday operations and remain sustainable over time.

Your Role
As a project manager with us, you will:
Lead and drive technical and operations-focused projects for customers, such as investment, customer order, installation, or IT projects within industry
Take responsibility for projects' budgets, schedules, and deliverables
Ensure that projects are executed with high quality and sustainability in focus
Work in international environments and feel comfortable with global collaboration
Inspire and engage the team so everyone pulls in the same direction
Be a trusted and clear point of contact for customers and stakeholders
We're Looking for You
You have your own drive, high sense of responsibility, and a desire to develop
You have experience with project management in technical and industry-related projects
You are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented
You have the ability to take budget responsibility and make decisions
You are a good leader who brings the team along and creates joy at work
You thrive working internationally and building long-term customer relationships
You have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field – such as mechanical engineering, production, industrial economics, or similar
At least 3 years of work experience
