Operations Technician/Maintenance Technician in Industrial Settings

Would you like to work in a technically advanced industrial environment at a global service provider? We are now recruiting an operations technician for one of our important customers in production and industry. About the Role As an operations technician, you will work to ensure stable, safe, and efficient operation of technical installations in a production environment. The role is broad and varied, encompassing both preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple technical disciplines. The position also includes on-call duty according to schedule, meaning you will be available for urgent interventions outside regular working hours. Responsibilities Continuous monitoring and operational supervision Planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in ventilation, plumbing and sanitation, pressurized systems, compressors, cooling, and steam systems Participation in technical management to ensure that systems and installations function effectively and safely Handling of service requests and customer communication Ordering, coordinating, and following up on work performed by subcontractors Leading and participating in smaller projects related to facility and systems maintenance Actively contributing to improvement initiatives and optimization of operations, maintenance, and procedures Qualifications Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and work solution-oriented High flexibility and ability to adapt to rapid changes in daily work Good technical competence in conference equipment and experience with digital booking systems and general IT knowledge Service-oriented and communicative, with the ability to collaborate with different functions and levels within the organization Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and proficient in English Good proficiency with Office 365 B-class driver's license Desirable Knowledge BMS / control and automation engineering Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest who thrives in an operational role close to daily operations. Good technical understanding and ability to analyze and solve technical problems A structured, responsible, and quality-conscious work approach A service-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Good IT skills and ability to document completed work in systems Experience working in a production or industrial environment is highly desirable. Start date by agreement. The position is full-time with regular working hours 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. On-call duty is included regularly, requiring work and availability outside regular hours. Evening work may also occur a few times per year. Drug testing will be conducted on the final candidate. The candidate will be informed and asked for consent before the test.
