JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain HVAC systems in properties, including heating, ventilation, cooling systems, and solar energy.
• Perform regular inspections and planned maintenance to optimize operational disruptions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any system errors, and report and document completed work to your immediate supervisor.
• Work proactively with energy efficiency improvements and prepare materials for efficiency measures.
• Provide support in modernization, efficiency improvement, and optimization projects.
• Daily contact with suppliers and external contractors, and collaborate with other technicians on the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Technical education in HVAC, Building Technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as an operations technician or similar role with focus on HVAC.
• Extensive knowledge of control and regulation technology.
• Extensive knowledge of heating and ventilation systems.
• Good IT skills with substantial experience working in modern monitoring and control systems.
• Advantageous to have knowledge regarding HVAC system balancing and OVK certification.
• Class B driver's license required for the position.
• Fluent command of Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Driven with strong interest in energy efficiency improvements and sustainable solutions.
Cooperative and service-minded with good communication skills.
Employment Type: Permanent employment.
Duration: Start date: 2026-09-01. As agreed.
There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment will be made based on operational needs.
