You will join a great team of 12 operations technicians divided into two work groups, where some work with technical service and others with pump stations. The person we're looking for today will work with varying tasks where you will participate in each work group. Your Tasks Together with your colleagues, you will work to secure drinking water supply to Täby by servicing and maintaining the city's underground infrastructure. We influence and plan the building of a Täby that can handle tomorrow's challenges. We work with both daily maintenance of a more urgent nature and with preventive and long-term maintenance of our pipeline networks and pump stations. • Everyone works daytime and on-call duty is included in the position. Working Hours • Monday–Thursday: 06:30–16:00 • Friday: 06:30–13:00 • On-call duty included (every 5–6 weeks) When on call, you have a response time and must be on site within 60 minutes. Areas of Responsibility As an Operations Technician, you will be responsible for: ● Maintenance and service of pipeline networks, pump stations, e.g., maintenance flushing of water and wastewater lines. ● Conducting investigations. ● Water shutdowns. ● Repairs and inspections of the pipeline network. Your Profile To succeed in the role of Operations Technician, we require that you have: ● Several years of experience with operation and maintenance of water and sewage facilities. ● Good computer skills and previous experience with operation and maintenance systems. It is a merit if you also have: ● Experience with jetting trucks. ● Welding license for PE. ● Training in roadwork 1-3. ● Leak detection training. ● C-class driver's license.
