The Role
As a maintenance technician, you'll be an important part of KLP Fastigheter's daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that properties function as they should and that tenants receive good service and are satisfied.
You'll work with oversight, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of technical installations. You'll gradually take on greater responsibility for parts of the operations. The role involves both practical work with rounds and fault correction as well as contact with tenants and contractors.
KLP is a smaller organization in Sweden, which means you'll have close contact with colleagues and opportunities to develop. You'll be part of a team where people help each other and where there's opportunity to gain insight into various aspects of the business.
In the role, you'll among other things:
· Be involved in, and take responsibility for, daily operations and oversight of your properties
· Work with maintenance and basic upkeep of technical installations
· Handle and follow up on fault reports
· Have ongoing contact with tenants and contribute to a high level of service
· Invoice handling
· Work in the properties' control and monitoring systems
· Follow up on contractor work
· Contribute to KLP's work on energy optimization, sustainability, and quality
· Participate in systematic fire safety work
Who Are You?
We believe you have some years of experience from the real estate industry, or other practical technical background. You don't need to know everything from the start – what's most important is that you have a strong interest in technology and a desire to develop within property management.
You're someone who likes to take responsibility and enjoys solving problems when they arise. At the same time, you're meticulous and see the value in working proactively.
Since the role involves extensive contact with KLP tenants, it's important that you're service-oriented, communicative, and professional in your interactions. You enjoy meeting people and understand the importance of being a good representative for KLP in the properties.
