DUTIES As a building services technician stationed at Kiruna's new swimming pool, you are responsible for the technical operation of the swimming hall, ventilation, electrical systems, controls and regulation, locks and fire alarms. You will be part of a team of technicians, facilities caretakers, administrators, cleaners and a facilities manager, who primarily work with municipal properties. Your duties will include supervision, preventive maintenance, installation work, troubleshooting, repairs, contact with contractors, suppliers and other staff. QUALIFICATIONS The position as a building services technician requires that you are technically minded, have experience from similar tasks, and have knowledge of controls and regulation, ventilation, electrical systems and plumbing. Good IT skills are required. You have a well-developed ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. A valid driving license is required.
