About the Unit The Staff division is responsible for cross-departmental coordination and for planning, leading, and monitoring operations against set goals. Within the Staff division, the IT group currently consists of five employees (both permanent staff and consultants). We are now seeking two operations technicians to join the group. About the Role In this role, you will work in a hybrid IT environment with both local server solutions and cloud services. You will combine infrastructure work with qualified support at first, second, and third levels. You will help ensure a stable, secure, and well-functioning IT environment for the agency's employees working on Windows 11, using Microsoft 365, and with iPhone as the standard phone. Examples of Work Tasks - operate, maintain, patch, and troubleshoot Windows server environments. - work in a hybrid environment with servers, networks, and cloud services (Microsoft 365). - manage virtualization, storage, and backup. - ensure IT security in infrastructure and client environments. - work with network security (firewalls, VPN, segmentation). - formulate and communicate IT security requirements. - provide support and user assistance in client environments (Windows 11, peripherals, and conference equipment). You will work closely with your colleagues in a competent and engaged team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are an integral part of daily work. Your Qualifications and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who has - relevant higher education in IT or equivalent several years of work experience that the employer considers equivalent. - at least three years of current experience working with IT operations and/or IT security. - experience working in Windows server environments (installation, operations, troubleshooting, and patching). - strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11. - experience working in IT environments with high security requirements. - knowledge of virtualization, storage, and backup technologies. - experience with network security. - very good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have - experience working with video and conference equipment. - experience training users in technical areas and creating user support materials, such as quick guides. - knowledge of SQL. - experience working according to the tiering model. About the Employment Both positions are permanent, and we apply a six-month probationary period.
