Duties
As a facilities technician with us, you are responsible for performing operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of the properties' technical systems. This means that you, together with your colleagues, ensure that these systems function. You participate in planning preventive maintenance work.
The duties include, among other things:
planning and performing inspection and maintenance of heating, ventilation, sub-stations, fan rooms, cooling systems and other technical spaces
operation optimization/energy optimization
computerized operation monitoring and control and regulation systems
systematic fire safety work (SBA)
Qualifications
For this position, you must have at least upper secondary education in operation and maintenance, as well as a couple of years of relevant work experience.
You also need to have:
experience with ventilation, heating, control and monitoring systems
experience with operation optimization, energy optimization
B-class driving license

About the position
The position is a permanent full-time employment. We apply a probationary period. Start date immediately or by agreement. The position may include on-call duty.
