We are now strengthening our organization in Solna and are looking for a facilities technician who wants a customer-focused role with an emphasis on service, technology, and development. As a facilities technician with us, you play a central role in daily contact with our tenants and are responsible for ensuring well-functioning properties with high service and quality. In the role, you work closely with customers with a focus on the functionality and condition of the spaces, where through strong presence, a proactive approach, and technical expertise you contribute to a good customer experience. The role involves both practical work and ongoing dialogue with customers regarding fault reports, maintenance activities, and measures. You work in close collaboration with other facilities technicians, engineers, and technical managers to ensure coordinated and efficient delivery. You will be part of a team of 12 facilities technicians who together are responsible for the property area in Solna. You will be based in Solna and report to the Head of Operations. Responsibilities
To be the customer's primary contact in daily work regarding the functionality of the spaces and ongoing matters
Supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance
Handling of fault reports and dialogue with tenants in a clear and service-oriented manner
Troubleshooting of technical installations within areas such as heating, ventilation, electricity, and control and regulation systems
Collaboration with colleagues and specialists and escalation of more complex matters
Contributing to planning of maintenance and development of the properties
Participation in standby duty according to the current organization
Qualifications
As a person, you are service-oriented and solution-focused with a structured approach. You thrive in a role with many points of contact and have a good ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues. Through your commitment, you contribute to stable operations and a positive customer experience.
Good experience in facilities management and an interest in properties and technology
Technical or property-focused education from secondary school with further training from vocational college or equivalent professional experience
Knowledge of technical installations, such as: power and lighting, ventilation, plumbing and heating systems, control and regulation technology, energy and climate issues
Good computer skills
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
B-driver's license
Background check will be conducted on final candidates.
It is a merit if you also have:
Advanced expertise in areas such as control systems, heating, ventilation, or energy optimization
Experience in facilities management in complex environments, such as laboratories
Experience with Faciliate or similar systems
