Job Description Operations Technician Systems and Technology at Akademiska Hus in Gothenburg Would you like to work with technical systems that keep complex properties functioning? We are now looking for an operations technician with a focus on systems and technology for our team in Gothenburg. Here you will have a role focused on technical installations, operations optimization, and developing property performance. Your Assignment As an operations technician with a focus on systems and technology, you will work to ensure stable operations and high-tech functionality in our properties. You work proactively with operations monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of technical systems to create the right indoor climate, high availability, and efficient energy use. This role suits you if you enjoy understanding how technical systems interconnect and are driven by analyzing, improving, and developing. You will be part of a team of 11 operations technicians where you collectively are responsible for creating stable and well-functioning operations in the property portfolio. The role involves close collaboration with property engineers, operations specialists, technical managers, and other colleagues within the organization. You report to the group manager for the area and work from our office in Gothenburg. In the role, you are responsible for, among other things: Ensuring function and operations of technical systems and installations Working with supervision, maintenance, and technical optimization Handling more complex troubleshooting in areas such as ventilation, heating, cooling, and control systems Working with operations monitoring and analysis of deviations Contributing to energy optimization and resource-efficient operations Supporting technical managers with technical expertise in your area Collaborating with colleagues and specialist functions on technical matters Participating in on-call duties according to the organization's arrangement Your Contribution You have a strong interest in technology and are driven by understanding, developing, and improving technical systems.
