We are now looking for a facilities technician for our assignment at Saab in Solna Strand, where you will be an important part of the team responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of a high-tech facility. As a facilities technician with us, you will have a central role in the daily operation of a complex and technically advanced facility. You will work with monitoring, optimization, and development of the facility's technical systems to ensure high availability and operational reliability. You will be part of a small team where collaboration, helpfulness, and a down-to-earth approach are a natural part of everyday work. Here we work closely together and jointly ensure that the facilities operate optimally for our customer. On-call duty may be part of the position. The role also includes: Actively work with operation, supervision, and optimization of the facility's technical systems. Handle and analyze information in superior control and monitoring systems. Troubleshoot, remedy, and prevent operational disruptions. Perform energy monitoring and energy efficiency measures. Assess the consequences of system changes and ensure that implemented measures do not affect the facility's operation or critical business activities. Participate in planning and implementation of technical improvement projects. Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and specialists within various technical fields. Multiple years of experience as a facilities technician or equivalent. Good experience working with superior control and monitoring systems. Good understanding of building automation, control technology, and technical installations. Ability to analyze and understand the consequences of changes in technical systems. Experience with energy optimization and continuous improvement work. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments. It is meritorious if you have experience from critical or security-classified operations such as industry, data centers, defense facilities, hospitals, or other technically advanced environments. The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable regulations for security clearance at any given time.
