About the Position As an operations technician with us, you are a central part of our operations because you have the opportunity to facilitate our customers' daily activities. You are Specialfastigheter's face to the outside world and have daily contact with our customers. In this role, you are responsible for the daily supervision and operations of our properties in Luleå, Kalix, and Haparanda. As an operations technician, you will work independently and represent Specialfastigheter on a daily basis. Collaboration with customers as well as with technical managers, other colleagues, and contractors is a central part of the work. In ongoing management, you are responsible for daily operations, corrective maintenance, conducting official inspections, physical and digital rounds, work orders, and follow-up of completed services, as well as minor customer requests and invoice handling. Examples of work tasks included in the position: - Corrective maintenance - Performing and following up on operations optimization measures - Minor planned maintenance and tenant adaptations - Systematic fire protection work (SBA) - Follow-up, analysis, and compilation regarding utilities, regulatory requirements, and inspections - Ongoing contact with customer operations personnel, colleagues, and contractors - Participating in your unit's budget and business plan work together with your manager Would you like to know more about an operations technician's daily routine? About You To be successful in the role, we believe you have experience independently performing corrective maintenance and supervision. Beyond that, we would like to see that you have: - Education in operations technology or equivalent competence acquired in other ways - Previous experience in a role such as operations technician, plumber, electrician, ventilation technician, or other roles deemed relevant for the position - General good knowledge and understanding of building technical systems and how they work together - Good ability to communicate in Swedish in speech and writing, as this is used in daily work - Good computer skills and experience with, for example, overall control systems, systems for case management, work orders and similar, as well as invoice handling - Some experience in a procurement role and handling warranty matters - B driving license is a requirement Great weight is placed on your personal qualities. As a person, you are responsible, positive, flexible, and responsive, and can keep your composure in pressured situations. You are used to solving problems and perform your work with quality. To thrive in the role, you must be able to work both independently and in a group. Placement You will be based at our operations office at Lejonet (justice center in Luleå) where you, together with two other operations technicians, will be responsible for operations at our properties Lejonet (Luleå), Correctional Services (Porsön) Luleå, Sis Home in Kalix, and Correctional Services in Haparanda. We also have an operations office in Umeå within our area with two operations technicians responsible for the correctional facilities in Umeå and Sörbyn as well as a Sis home (Renforsen) in Vindelns municipality. When needed, you will also assist with operations at our other properties. Travel between your properties is part of the job, and since our operations are nationwide, travel outside your area will also occur. You will become part of the Northern Property Area.
