Then this could be the right challenge for you. About the Job As a System Operator at the Combined Heat and Power Plant, you will have a central role in operating our facility. You work shifts from September to May and have summer vacation during daytime shifts. Your tasks include: Operation, monitoring, and optimization of our facilities Troubleshooting and problem-solving Preventive and ongoing maintenance Work on the district heating network and external inspections The work varies and involves significant personal responsibility, but you are never alone – we have strong teamwork where we help each other move forward. About You We are looking for someone with several years of experience from a production environment or similar technical operations. You have good understanding of control and regulation technology, and are experienced in process monitoring and technical systems. Perhaps you have worked as a system operator, process technician, or process operator – what matters most is that you enjoy working close to the technology and are used to taking responsibility in a business-critical role. We value that you are solution-oriented and confident in making decisions, thrive with change, and have a drive to contribute to improvements. Furthermore, it is important that you collaborate easily and communicate well with colleagues and customers. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and a valid driver's license category B are required. Application and Questions This position is a permanent, full-time employment.
