Job Description Operations Technician Customer and Service at Akademiska Hus in Gothenburg. Here you'll have a role where you combine technical expertise with customer service and play an important part in daily contact with our customers. Your Assignment As an operations technician with us, you are a key person in the daily operations of our properties. You work closely with our tenants and are responsible for ensuring that the facilities function as they should, through quick feedback, excellent service, and practical on-site solutions. You become the customer's natural contact for questions regarding facility operations and help create a safe and well-functioning everyday environment. The role suits you if you enjoy varied work where you combine technical tasks with customer interaction. You become part of a team of 11 operations technicians where you together are responsible for creating stable and efficient operations in our property portfolio. The role involves close collaboration with facility engineers, operations specialists, technical managers, and other colleagues within the organization. You report to the group manager for the area and work from our office in Gothenburg. In the role, you are responsible for, among other things: Maintaining ongoing contact with tenants regarding operations, matters, and facility function Handling fault reports and ensuring clear feedback Performing inspections, maintenance, and corrective actions Troubleshooting and addressing simple operations-related problems Collaborating with colleagues and escalating more complex matters Contributing to excellent customer experience through high availability and professional conduct Participating in on-call duty according to the organization's arrangement Your Contribution You are a service-oriented person who thrives in interaction with others and builds trust through a professional and solution-focused approach.
