We're now seeking an Operations Technician/Field Technician who wants to drive future solutions in environmental technology and biological remediation. One day you'll install and commission technical equipment in the field, the next day you'll analyze measurement data, troubleshoot systems, or participate in the startup of a new environmental project. About the role As a Field Technician/Operations Technician, you're responsible for installation, operation, monitoring, and optimization of our remediation facilities. The position is based at our headquarters in Årsta, Stockholm. The work involves regular visits to our facilities and projects throughout the country, which means travel is a natural part of the role. We currently have operations and projects in the Stockholm area, Uppsala, Nynäshamn, and Luleå, among others. The role suits you if you appreciate independent work, responsibility with freedom, and the opportunity to combine practical work with technical problem-solving. Examples of work tasks · Operation, supervision, and maintenance of remediation and purification facilities. · Installation, service, and troubleshooting of technical equipment in the field. · Construction, assembly, and commissioning of new treatment and purification units. · Sampling and monitoring of ongoing projects. · Monitoring and analysis of measurement data from sensors, probes, and control systems. · Participation in startup and implementation of new environmental projects. · Reporting to clients. · Collaboration with the laboratory team on evaluation and optimization of processes. · Documentation and reporting of completed work. We're looking for you if you · Are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. · Have a B-level driver's license. · Are self-driven and responsible. · Are practically minded and enjoy solving problems. · Have good communication skills and enjoy building and developing relationships with customers and collaborators. · Have a technical interest and enjoy combining fieldwork with analysis. · Are structured, thorough, and accustomed to prioritizing between different tasks. · Thrive in a dynamic environment where workdays rarely look the same. Meritorious experience We don't believe all candidates need to check every box. But it's extra interesting if you have experience with any of the following: · Work as a service, operations, or field technician. · Water purification, groundwater management, or in-situ remediation. · Environmental technology, remediation, or sanitation projects. · Measurement equipment, data logging, signal monitoring, or various types of sensors and probes. · Pumps, piping systems, process technology, or control and regulation technology.
