Within the management of commercial premises for one of our major customers, we now need to strengthen our operations with technical expertise. This is Market Area Southeast Market Area Southeast conducts property management and currently has approximately 135 employees within Economic and Technical Management, Customer Services, and Property Services. You will make a difference with us As a facilities technician, you will work with technically complex buildings that require significant property technical expertise. You will work with energy and operations monitoring, perform maintenance, identify deviations, and perform corrective maintenance. You will work in customer teams, in close collaboration with other facilities technicians, technical managers, and property caretakers. The work is varied, social, and very independent with significant personal responsibility. You will have great freedom to independently solve the tasks you face in your work. With us, the computer and telephone are essential work tools and every work order is handled digitally. Your tasks include: Supervision and maintenance of the building's technical systems Perform maintenance on electrical, heating, ventilation, and cooling systems, and manage associated control and regulation systems Identify and resolve deviations and perform corrective maintenance on technical systems and installations Report deviations to the property manager Ensure all work is performed according to current regulatory requirements Alarm handling Meter readings for water, electricity, and heating, data entry into energy systems, and analysis of values together with the energy controller Facility operator for the building's sprinkler and fire alarm systems Perform systematic fire safety work Additional work from clients Administration, such as customer reporting, energy statistics, work order management, billing, etc. You contribute with your expertise and commitment We are looking for you with technical university education and broad expertise in heating, ventilation, and cooling systems as well as control and regulation technology or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of documented experience in facilities technician work. We see that you are trained in roof safety, have forklift certification, and training in SBA, Hot Work, and Fire System Operation. You also need to have basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and knowledge of current regulatory requirements. It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue with customers and colleagues. You can work independently, have strong problem-solving skills, and work in a business-oriented manner. You enjoy providing good service and always act professionally in your customer contacts. You have good ability to work administratively with digital tools and have strong ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing. About the position The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Växjö, but work in other locations within the market area may occur. Some evening work may occur.
