Job Description As an Operations Technician, you will work in close dialogue with facility technicians and building caretakers performing corrective and preventive maintenance on water/sanitation and ventilation systems in our buildings, with the goal of maintaining and optimizing building operations. You will work across our entire property portfolio, including both residential and commercial properties. Many aspects of our building management are controlled digitally, and you will work with digital systems for case management, utility tracking, and reporting. You participate in ongoing maintenance planning with our facility managers, facility technicians, and building caretakers, and when necessary, you engage and coordinate contractors within your area of responsibility. You will also work with: - Ordering and managing maintenance tasks within your area of responsibility, in collaboration with our facility managers, facility technicians, and building caretakers - Monitoring control and regulation systems for heating, ventilation, and more - Inspection of contracted and completed services - Participation in investment projects You will be part of the Central Property Area department, where you work together with your colleagues to achieve operational goals in close collaboration with other colleagues throughout the company. Who We're Looking For We seek someone with relevant education or several years of work experience in a similar role. You are knowledgeable in control and regulation systems, plumbing/HVAC, and building/installation systems. You have excellent competence in supervising and managing corrective maintenance. Knowledge of electrical systems and backup power is advantageous, as is basic knowledge of swimming pool and ice facility maintenance. Since you communicate daily with customers, colleagues, and contractors, excellent Swedish language skills in both speech and writing are required. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As you plan your own day, you are self-driven with engagement and motivation. Urgent situations can arise, so you need to be able to adapt to changes as they occur. You have the ability to build strong customer relationships and always strive to provide the best possible service. You also have the ability to make independent decisions while understanding the importance of good collaboration both internally and externally. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
