Willhem is seeking an Operations Technician Would you like to be an active part of driving Willhem Stockholm's operations optimization and energy efficiency improvements? We are looking for an operations technician for Willhem Stockholm, based at our new office in Solna, which we are moving to in October. About the Position As part of Willhem's team in Solna, you will be welcomed by a great group of colleagues with various roles in property management. The property portfolio you will work with consists of approximately 3,000 apartments spread across a relatively large geographic area north of Stockholm. You will have a key role in ensuring stable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient operations of our properties. You will work closely with property managers, residential coordinators, and the operations engineer, and contribute to developing our property portfolio from an operations and energy perspective. The role combines practical fieldwork with analysis, coordination, and some administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will be to: Ensure optimal operation of district heating centers, heat pump systems, ventilation, and solar panel installations Monitor, optimize, and conduct rounds of technical systems, as well as plan and perform maintenance Handle alarms, troubleshoot, and ensure that failures in heating and ventilation systems are addressed Work with control and regulation systems as well as operations monitoring via BMS Perform measurements, calibrations, and monitoring of operations and energy parameters Support and develop residential coordinators in operations technology through guidance and knowledge sharing Collaborate with property managers, the operations engineer, and external suppliers Order and follow up on repairs, as well as manage documentation and invoice checks Contribute to energy optimization matters, regulatory issues, and deviation handling Your Profile To succeed in this role, we believe you have several years of practical experience from the HVAC or property management sector and have a basic understanding of building energy balance and technical systems. You understand both flow diagrams and technical drawings and have good computer skills. You either work as an operations technician today or have a background as a plumber, ventilation technician, controls technician, or electrician and want to develop and work in a varied and broader role. Vocational training in operations, energy, and building technology is a merit but not a requirement. Since the work is primarily carried out at our properties, you must have a valid driver's license (category B). As a person, you enjoy working outdoors and doing practical work, are solution-oriented with a high service mindset, and have the ability to plan and prioritize your workday.
