Alstra Energy is now seeking two operations technicians for its Operations Center in Hultsfred, where you will play a central role in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the operation of solar parks across the country.

ABOUT THE JOB
As an operations technician, you are responsible for the daily monitoring of Alstra Energy's solar parks and energy facilities. The work is based at the Operations Center in Hultsfred, where you follow the performance of the facilities in real time, manage alarms, and ensure that any deviations are handled quickly and efficiently.
You will have a central role between the facilities, field technicians, subcontractors, and internal functions. When issues arise, you are responsible for initiating the right measures, following up on ongoing efforts, and ensuring that the facilities return to normal operation as quickly as possible.
The work includes, among other things:
Monitoring of solar parks and energy facilities via SCADA and monitoring systems
Management and follow-up of alarms and operational disruptions
Analysis of production and performance data
Planning and coordination of corrective and preventive maintenance
Contact with technicians, subcontractors, and other partners
Documentation, reporting, and follow-up of completed measures
Participation in maintenance, inspections, and improvement work
Visits to facilities across Sweden to build practical understanding of operations and the facilities
The position starts as a staffing assignment from Adecco with the goal of Alstra Energy taking over the employment upon a good match.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest who is driven to understand how technical systems work. You are curious, engaged, and thrive in a role where you combine analysis, problem-solving, and coordination.
To succeed in the role, you need to be organized, take responsibility, and remain calm even when multiple things happen at once. You communicate easily with different types of people and feel comfortable making decisions when the situation requires it.
We would like to see that you have:
Experience from operations monitoring, operations engineering, process industry, energy, automation, or similar technical work
Ability to analyze data, identify deviations, and drive actions forward
Good computer and system skills
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of Swedish
It is highly meriting if you have experience or education in:
Electric power
Electrical and energy engineering
Automation
Electrician work
Solar energy or other energy facilities
SCADA or other monitoring systems
