Operations Technician/Tester at Olssons Elektromekaniska
You will be offered independent and stimulating work in a pleasant environment with good team spirit and knowledgeable colleagues in a market-leading and well-established company. You will be part of the team that follows the entire customer process, from start to finish. This means you get the opportunity to see the system develop from the drawing board, through our workshop in Rydsgård, to assembly, commissioning and on-site service at the customer's location.
As an operations technician/tester of backup power systems, you will be an important part of the team working with commissioning and emergency service. As an operations technician, you will program and test products before delivery to the customer and perform commissioning and troubleshooting on-site with our customers throughout Sweden, which involves approximately 50-60 travel days with overnight stays per year.
Who we believe you are:
You have good knowledge of electrical systems and automation, and preferably previous experience working as an operations technician/tester. Documented experience in any of the following areas is desirable:
- Backup power systems
- Rectifier systems
- Switchgear
The company provides internal training in these areas when needed. Good computer skills are required, as much of the commissioning and troubleshooting work is done using a PC as a tool.
You are thorough and independent, organized, stress-resistant and have good administrative ability. We place great emphasis on social skills since a large part of the work is performed on-site with customers and also in collaboration with colleagues.
A Class B driver's license is required.
