Operations Planning is part of E.ON's core business where sustainability thinking and customer satisfaction are in focus. Development and digitalization are central to our operations as we drive the transition toward a sustainable society with increased electricity demand. Your Role As an operations planner, you will be a key person in planning outages in a way that balances electrical safety, customers' needs, and operational requirements. You will, among other things: • Receive work requests from contractors and ensure that the documentation is of high quality • Create operational orders and coordinate outages in the local network • Notify customers about planned outages • Participate in project and construction meetings and occasionally make site visits with contractors • Maintain close dialogue with the operations center, customer service, and other colleagues in the business This is a role for you who thrive in a dynamic environment, have an eye for detail, and enjoy collaborating with many different people. Possible placement is in Malmö or Norrköping. Your Experience We are looking for someone with a background in electrical power or energy – perhaps through an engineering degree or experience in electrical networks acquired in other ways. If you have several years of experience in the industry, that's an advantage, but we also welcome you if you are newly graduated and want to grow into the role. The most important thing is that you are organized and thorough while being flexible when circumstances change. You are confident in taking responsibility and making decisions, and you enjoy collaborating and communicating with many different people. To succeed in the role, we also see that you are stress-resilient and solution-oriented, with the ability to maintain focus even when many things are happening at once. What Is It Like Here? You will become part of a team with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues who care about each other. The culture is inclusive and considerate – it's easy to fit in and feel part of the group. Your manager, Johan, believes in giving great trust and freedom to find your own working methods, while being close by for support. He values dialogue, feedback, and a climate where everyone gets the opportunity to contribute and develop. At E.ON, we actively work with inclusion – it is crucial for driving the energy transition forward. We want you to feel welcome! We strive to create a safe work environment with meaningful tasks and good opportunities for development. We continuously challenge ourselves to create a welcoming workplace where we hope you will thrive. We work toward a more sustainable energy society, but it is equally important that our employees have the conditions to care for their personal well-being. We therefore offer good benefits so you can feel good and have a good balance between work and leisure time. Some of these include working time reduction that is higher than the industry standard, health insurance, free healthcare, and more! We warmly welcome your application and invite you to join us on the path toward a sustainable society! The application deadline is September 16.
