We're now looking for an Operations Manager who wants to take responsibility for daily operations and continued development of the business in Halland. What Does the Role Offer? As Operations Manager at PreZero, you'll be responsible for the operational management of the business. You'll lead your team of approximately 10 employees while managing planning, follow-up, and development. The role combines leadership, customer responsibility, and operational management. You'll work closely with drivers, customers, suppliers, and colleagues in administration and sales—all focused on creating an efficient operation with high service levels and strong customer focus. Your responsibilities will include: Managing daily planning and ensuring efficient operations in Halland Leading, coaching, and developing the team Responsible for employee reviews, workplace environment, and competency development Participating in customer meetings, contract follow-ups, and handling deviations or complaints Working with the sales organization to develop existing and new services in Halland Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to driving and rest times, workplace environment, and waste management Overseeingequipment, containers, and machinery follow-up You'll work full-time during standard office hours with flexibility options, based at PreZero's office in Varberg. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with experience from the transport, logistics, recycling, or construction industry, and who has previously held a role with responsibility for operations, planning, and people. You're comfortable working close to operations and have a good understanding of how to create efficient workflows, high delivery precision, and satisfied customers. You have experience leading employees and feel comfortable in dialogue with colleagues and customers alike. We'd like to see that you have knowledge of workplace environment issues, driving and rest time regulations, and experience working with different operational and planning systems. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, with good English skills. A Class B driver's license is required.
