Your Tasks We are looking for an operations manager in crop production for our client north of Stockholm County – a role that combines technical expertise with hands-on work and strong leadership. You will be a key person in the team, working both in the field and on administrative tasks – while being responsible for planning, delegating, and following up on daily operations. As an operations manager, you are an active part of daily operations, including machinery operation and other work related to crop production. During the season, this includes operating a combine harvester, participating in sowing, fertilizing, and other field work. You will also be responsible for planning and efficiently distributing work tasks within the team, which requires you to be communicative, solution-oriented, and have strong collaborative skills. Your main responsibilities: - Participate in practical crop production work – including machinery operation and field work - Operate a combine harvester during harvest season - Plan and distribute work tasks within the team, in close dialogue with colleagues and management - Troubleshoot and repair machinery as needed - Ensure that daily operations run according to plan - Contribute to a good work environment and team spirit Your Profile We are looking for someone who: - Has experience in crop production within agriculture - Is an experienced machinery operator, particularly with larger agricultural machinery - Has technical understanding and is not afraid to tackle machinery problems - Is well-organized and self-driven, but also a team player - Enjoys responsibility and can make decisions when needed - Is flexible and enjoys varied work with a fast pace during the season Other Details: Working hours: Monday – Friday 07:00–16:00 Work location: Stockholm County Start date: By agreement About the Company Our client is a modern family business actively working with sustainable crop production.
