You lead, coach, and support your team – both in everyday work and in moving forward together. The role also includes operational work in facilities services where you actively work with facilities maintenance, quality follow-up, material handling, and daily customer service. You contribute to ensuring smooth operations and high quality in our deliveries. Your responsibilities include: You work in operations in daily activities and perform facilities services at our customers' locations Create smart staffing solutions that make everyday work efficient and smooth Inspire, guide, and be close to your team members in daily work Follow up on and develop quality at customer locations Build strong, long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs Drive improvements and contribute ideas that develop the entire operation Handle onboarding and training of new employees At Coor, you get a job where you both lead and do – where you can make an impact, grow, and be part of a team that truly cares.
