Enerco is now seeking an operations coordinator who wants to become an important part of a team at a customer site that ensures operational disruptions and cases are handled quickly, systematically, and with high quality. Information about the role As an operations coordinator, you are a central part of managing operational and customer cases within water and wastewater services. When a case comes in, for example a sewer blockage or water leak, you take over and ensure that the right action is taken. You contact the customer, ask relevant questions, and use your technical understanding to assess what needs to be done, for example whether welding, jetting and vacuum trucks, or plumbers are required. You become part of a team where no two days are the same and where your technical experience is combined with customer contact, coordination, and administration. The team currently consists of three people and we are now looking for a fourth colleague who, together with the team, will rotate between the different work areas. The role is varied and involves switching between three main work areas together with your other team members: Operational disruptions Create and prioritize work orders in Cityworks, with priority 1–3 Communicate operational disruptions via website and SMS Maintain contact with own personnel and subcontractors Follow up and provide feedback on completed work Handle leak letters and work orders Case management Handle incoming cases in Artvise and external inquiries via Outlook Follow up and provide feedback on cases Handle new cases and ensure they are taken care of Approve invoices Booking and invoicing Manage time bookings, rebookings, and cancellations Administer notifications and water meter cases Handle M-BUS notifications Charge for various types of work, such as shutdowns and openings This is a role for you if you thrive when things happen, can juggle many tasks, and have the ability to quickly determine what needs to be prioritized. We are looking for you who Are communicative and service-minded because the role involves a lot of contact with customers, colleagues, and contractors. Furthermore, you have: Approximately three years of experience from the water and wastewater industry and/or operations and maintenance work. Good technical understanding and are experienced at assessing situations, finding solutions, and coordinating the right action. Good computer skills and comfortable working in different IT systems Experience with GIS and geographical management maps Good communication skills in Swedish and English Experience with GIS and geographical management maps is a merit.
