Operations Engineer at Hogia in Stenungsund About the role Would you like to work with technically advanced properties where you can combine operations, analysis, and development? As an Operations Engineer at Hogia, you are responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operations of our properties, office environments, and data centers. The role combines hands-on work in the facility with analysis, optimization, and development of our technical systems. You will be an important part of our work to create energy-efficient, reliable, and future-proof properties. The role includes planned on-call duties. Your daily work – a combination of analysis and hands-on work In this role, you will spend roughly equal time on analysis and development as on practical operations work. You will, among other things: analyze operational data and drive energy efficiency improvements in our facilities troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize technical systems within property operations develop operations strategies and contribute to smarter and more efficient ways of working Initiate and drive energy and technology projects from concept to implementation work with control and regulation systems and build broad understanding of systems within ventilation, heating, and cooling Who are you? We believe you are a technically curious person who enjoys switching between analyzing problems and solving them hands-on. You likely have: experience with operations work in technically advanced properties experience with both troubleshooting in the facility and working with operational data/systems interest in energy optimization and system improvements understanding of how technical systems work together (preferably within HVAC) a practical touch and enjoy being "close to the technology" It is a merit if you have experience with data centers or work with control and regulation systems.
