Your role As an Operations Geologist, you are responsible for daily geological monitoring within production operations. The role ensures that geological models, mining processes, and ore-related decisions are based on correct and current information. The Operations Geologist serves as a central link between geology, rock mechanics, production, and planning to optimize ore extraction, safety, and resource utilization. Your main responsibilities: Conduct daily geological observations, mapping, and documentation. Assess ore geometry, structures, and quality variations. Collect, quality assure, and analyze geological data from drilling and sampling. Contribute geological information to production and planning. Identify and report geological risks and support safety and rock mechanics work. Participate in safety reviews and incident investigations. Prepare reports and communicate geological conditions internally. Ensure good information transfer between shifts and departments. In addition, you also have: B driver's license for manual transmission (required) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology/Geoscience (required) Good computer skills (required) Good knowledge of English is required, Swedish is a plus Previous experience with drill core logging/underground mapping is a plus Previous experience with underground work is a plus Previous experience working with Deswik/Acquire is a plus We warmly welcome your application!
