About the Role As a facilities engineer, your focus is on energy optimization and monitoring and optimizing utility costs in the real estate portfolio. The work takes place in close collaboration with the operations organization and other technical functions, where you are an important part in ensuring stable, efficient, and sustainable property management. The assignment includes a technically complex and diverse portfolio in Stockholm, where you have a central role in ensuring functioning property operations. The role involves contributing both operatively and strategically in optimizing energy use, improving operational economics, and developing the technical performance of the properties over time. Your responsibilities include, for example: serve as internal technical support. collaborate with operations and technical organization and support work with, for example, tenant modifications. work with energy optimization both operatively and strategically. manage energy monitoring, evaluation, and potential adjustments as well as ensure achievement of energy targets. contribute with investment proposals and budget documentation. ensure that technical instructions as well as operation and maintenance instructions are updated. Requirements: You have: Education as a facilities engineer. At least 2 years of experience working as a facilities engineer. Experience working with advanced technical systems in properties as well as energy optimization and efficiency improvements. Experience driving technical projects and comfort working in properties together with technicians. Good system and computer skills as well as knowledge of ISO 55000. Express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing.
