On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an Operations Manager for an exciting opportunity in Stockholm. Responsibilities: As operations manager for the restaurant, you have overall responsibility for daily operations. You lead and motivate staff, ensure a high level of service, and make sure routines for quality, hygiene, and safety are followed. You are responsible for scheduling, purchasing, budgeting, and ensuring the business meets its goals. The role requires strong leadership, good communication skills, and an eye for both details and the bigger picture. You are the one who makes everything work – from the kitchen to the guest experience. Qualifications: Experience in leadership within the restaurant or service industry Good understanding of restaurant operations, economics, and personnel planning Experience working with budgets, purchasing, and cost control Strong customer focus and ability to create a positive guest experience Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams Knowledge of food handling, hygiene regulations, and work environment standards Good communication skills – both verbal and written Solution-oriented with the ability to make quick decisions Structured and responsible with an eye for both details and the bigger picture Flexible and stress-resilient in a fast-paced environment Personal Qualities: You are independent and take responsibility for your work. You have a solution-oriented approach and handle challenges with a positive attitude. You are flexible and adapt easily to changing circumstances.
